  Ordered 5 bunches of champagne spray (baby)roses for my sons engagement party. what we got was 5 bunches of PINK spray roses. Was never contacted and asked what would be a better alternative if they could not get the champagne colour requested. Not happy with the service provided and as it was a Saturday the stock on the cool rooms was low so no other choice but to take the PINK roses. Future daughter in law is in tears and has said she will definately not go there for the wedding flowers. We are all very upsetas this was to be a special day for them.

  I used Valley Fresh Flowers for my wedding bouquets and table centrepieces. Centrepieces were lovely. Bouquets were browning and half dead when we picked them up (midday Saturday) and were drooping so much we had to cut half of bouquet off on Sunday morning. There were way too many girls that called and emailed me throughout the process (often about the same things I have already gone over with the previous person). Despite being a Sunday wedding, (and confirming with the girls NUMEROUS times), Valley Fresh continuously referred to the wedding at "Saturday", perhaps this is why they were half dead when I got them... Immediately after the wedding I was sent a link to review this business (a little pushy I felt) and also a link to a post they had put on Facebook of my flowers looking beautiful, its a shame they didn't look the same when they were picked up. Prices were quite reasonable, however quality and customer service were poor.

  Charming rustic setting in the country. Staff very friendly & helpful with selection of flowers. Beautiful & varied range of flowers in cool rooms. Make sure you talk to staff about what you need when visiting.
